Do I need drawings before requesting a quote?
You can get in touch at any stage. Tell us what you want to change and what information you have. A reliable written quotation may need drawings, a site visit or further design details.
Can I include more than one type of work?
Yes. Describe the whole project, such as an extension with a kitchen knock-through or a garage conversion with changes to the adjoining room. Select more than one type of building work on the enquiry form.
What should I send first?
Send your postcode and a short description of the work. Rough dimensions, a budget and preferred timing are helpful if you know them. Mention drawings or approvals already in place; you do not need to attach files to the form.
